About Me, Scott E. Smith
I have been a certified mediator since 1999 and a practicing attorney since 1985 focused primarily in the area of family law including custody, visitation, division of assets and all other issues which come up during a divorce.   I firmly believe families are better served by actively reaching their own resolution rather than hoping a judge hears all the relevant information and makes the "right" decision.  Take control of the disposition of your dispute through the mediation process.
